Right now, the internet is saturated with "paid online surveys". There are literally thousands of these "paid online survey" sites. Some of them even have testimonials claiming that people have made thousands of dollars instantly. Is it really possible to make thousands instantly? My answer to you is NO! When I was trying to find ways to make extra money I spent alot of time sifting through paid online survey sites. I'm talking I spent hours upon hours. I was bombarded with claims of "make $1000's instantly by taking simple surveys". I decided to try out lots of sites just to see if the claims were true and if it was a viable "make extra money" option for me. I set up a separate email account specifically for the surveys.

What started happening was I got major overloads of spam. Some sites were obviously selling my email address! At some sites you had to "buy" things to get paid. I am serious. The offers were usually something like "fill out a credit card application" to get paid. Mostly, it was "sign up for a free trail of this product" to get paid. In fine print it would say that you had to cancel your "free trail" within so many days if you did not want to have continuing charges made to your account. Very sneaky! But the getting "paid" part was supposed to compel you to sign up. The sign up for a free trail thing was only masked, targeted sales pressure. The "survey" you took before was only a prescreening to see what "deal" you might be interested in. In all seriousness, some of what I experienced was worthwhile.

You can get paid for taking surveys with a legitimate company. Not thousands, but you can accumulate a few hundred. Most sites send you a check per every $100 of your earnings. You can also get your name entered into cash prize drawings! The amount of times they enter your name depends on how many times you take a survey. I thought that was pretty cool. Why not do it if it only takes 10 seconds of your time, right? If you want to get quality survey offers, you can sign up at a survey service site. You pay a small fee to be on their register, but then they do all the filtering for you. You won't have to spend time sifting through garbage. I got so frustrated sifting through all that spam and junk! With a service site, they won't sell your email to anyone. Some people have said "you should not have to pay to take surveys". But with a service site, there are so many benefits it's worth it. They find the highest quality offers for you and you won't get spam. To sum up, it is not really possible to make thousands (unless you win in one of the cash prize drawings!) but you can make some extra cash to have fun with.
